This form is to request a reservation at the Lazy Apple Lodge. Your reservation is not confirmed until you hear from Brice or Penny.

If you'd like to make multiple reservations, please fill out the form once for each reservation. Cabin payments can be made by credit card or check made out to "Lazy Apple Lodge". If you'd like to mail a check for your payment, please email us for the address. Please remember that reservations must be prepaid before they are confirmed and valid.
